Banana Nutella Crepes

There is one recipe that always gets the mouth watering! anytime I make these I need to double-batch them because they get eaten so quickly!

On a Saturday morning when I’m feeling like a special treat or holiday when I have family over I grab this recipe.

these crepes are so easy to make, and we are eating in 20 minutes. with just 5 ingredients you can then fill these with any topping you want. but one of the most gooey and delicious ways to top it is with Nutella, bananas, and whipped cream.

Banana Nutella Crepes

Step 1

Put 1 cup of flour into a large bowl. add 2 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of milk to the flour. mix until it is smooth with a whisk.

Step 2

add 1 tbsp of oil and 1/4 tsp of salt to the mixture. mix well with a whisk until fully mixed in.

Step 3 

butter a skillet or pan. poor 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the mix onto the pan and spread to desired size. flip to evenly and fully cook each side.

Step 4

add the desired toppings and enjoy!
